A lover of life, athlete, passionate debater, community organizer, lifelong learner, teacher, zealot, collector, friend, supporter, tinkerer, musician, mover and shaker, planner, goofy-foot surfer, vegetarian, creative thinker, artist, poet, voracious reader, in constant motion, arguer, writer, motorcyclist, massager, mentor, lover, traveler, husband, father, Papa, and more…… We loved how he pushed us to be more, how he celebrated all our accomplishments and joys, how he strove to do better / be better / correct the wrongs, all while living life beyond its limits. He loved us all and we him… forever.

Our Mission . . .
Networks for Training and Development, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting inclusive communities through quality training, consultation, and practice for individuals with disabilities, families, businesses, and neighborhoods. We strive to achieve this by:
- Providing service agencies "best practices" information on supporting people with disabilities.
- Helping families develop support resources and networks for themselves and their children.
- Guiding organizations in understanding leadership roles, team dynamics, and organizational development.
- Collaborating with county governments on systems planning, policy development, and evaluation.
- Helping schools support all students in inclusive environments.
- Teaching people how to provide instruction and training to others.
- Assisting people to plan as they move forward in work and life situations.
- Advising employers how to embed diversity into their corporate culture.
- Assisting those without working communication systems to explore and find effective means.
This year, Networks was honored as Northumberland County's Employer of the Year at the Annual Hope Enterprises Dinner held on Friday, 10/30/09 at Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA. Check out photos from the dinner and awards ceremony.
