Training events typically run Monday
through Friday 9:30 am - 4:00 pm. However, for more specific course

Q: Who can attend Networks training's?
A:
- Networks' Philadelphia-funded trainings are for people and organizations funded by the Philadelphia DBH/MRS.
- For Networks' other training activities, consult the Calendar of Events page for specific information about who may attend.
Q: What do Networks' training's cost?
A:
- Philadelphia-based Networks' trainings
are funded by The Philadelphia DBH/MRS and are free for people and
organizations funded by them.

Q: Does Networks offer Continuing Education
Units / Credits (CEU's / CEC's) for its classes?
A:
Networks does offer CEU's / CEC's for several
classes, and is expanding these offerings each year. Look for the symbol
— CEU's / CEC's— in the course descriptions on this website or an (*)
in the annual course guide to identify which classes are approved for
these credits. A statement at the bottom of the course description
will inform you which agencies have approved the session for credit.
Q: What types of CEU's / CEC's are offered? How much
do they cost? When do I get the certificate?

Networks is pleased to offer continuing
education credits in the following disciplines for several classes
(Look for the symbol —CEU's / CEC's—):
- Psychology: approved by the Human Services Center of the Philadelphia
Society of Clinical Psychologists
- Cost-$5.00/contact hour
- Please ask upon registration for number of contact hours/total cost when registering. Make check payable to "The Human Services Center"
- Certificate will be issued by the approving agency when they
receive Networks' paperwork verifying the completion of the course.
- Cost-$5.00/contact hour
- Social Work: State Board of Social Workers, Marriage & Family
Therapists, & Professional Counselors
- Cost-$10.00 processing fee made out to "Networks for Training and Development, Inc."
- Certificate will be issued upon completion of course and payment of processing fee.
- Nursing: Developmental Disabilities Nurses Association
- Cost-$10.00 processing fee made out to "Networks for Training and
Development, Inc."
- Certificate will be issued upon completion of course and payment of processing fee.
- Cost-$10.00 processing fee made out to "Networks for Training and
Development, Inc."

Q: Do the CEU's / CEC's being offered apply to my
situation?

It is each participant's responsibility
to determine whether or not the credits being offered meet their individual
licensing/accreditation needs. Please do so prior to attending the
session. For your convenience, the approving agencies are listed in
