Empower individuals and their families to obtain community employment, increase the understanding of the benefits of employment and the supports available.  


SUCCESSFUL TRANSITION:  Judy Dotzman, Chair, jdotzman@spininc.org
Communicate to individuals in the 18-20 year age range, their families and the educational system about effective planning for transition and existing adult services.   


SUPPORTS COORDINATORS OUTREACH:  Shauna Roman, Chair, shaunar@networksfortraining.org
Raise employment expectations with Supports Coordinators and provide training on how to facilitate employment.


ENHANCING SKILLS:  Ellen Thomas & Randy Loss, Chairs, Ellen_Thomas@elwyn.org or rloss@state.pa.us
Provide best practices training for job placement and job coaching including appropriate business techniques and relationship building.


EMERGING MARKETS:  Dana Baccanti, Chair, dbaccanti@state.pa.us
Identify statewide and local business trends and distribute this information to develop a working knowledge of emerging opportunities.


SYSTEM CHANGE:  Jeanne Parisi, Chair, jeparisi@state.pa.us
Review system and policy recommendations to promote employment.


COMMUNICATE SUCCESS:  Maureen Westcott & Diane Cashman, Co-Chairs, mwestcott@thearcpa.org, dcashman@state.pa.us
Communicate the mission of the Alliance for Full Participation PA State Team and report regularly on the progress to all stakeholders.

TRANSPORTATION:  Carmen Donegan, Chair, cdonegan@state.pa.us
Identify best practices for resolving transportation barriers to employment.
